General Hospital recap for Wednesday, October 5, 2022, revealed the story of Carly and Willow. First, we saw Carly record an interview with Drew’s help. However, a rival organization ran a negative story about her past in Jacksonville. Later, Nina and Curtis discussed Trina and her issues with her.
Meanwhile, Willow met TJ and insisted she could not start the treatment before the next trimester. She did not want to lose another child, so she wanted to ensure her baby survived her treatment. TJ hugged her and assured her Nina saw them together and assumed they were cheating. Later, Nina met Willow and wondered why she came to work in her condition. Willow indicated Nina should stick her nose out of her business.
Carly Is Targeted

Previously, Drew decided to arrange an interview for Carly and help her win the cemetery back from Peyton in Jacksonville. Later, Carly thought about giving up the Corinthos surname because she was not associated with Sonny.
The interview would air at night as expected, but a rival news channel beat them to it with a disgusting story. Carly read the story as it trashed her past; she was forced to become a target just like she had anticipated. Peyton had threatened to use her past against her to win this battle.
General Hospital Recap: Nina Spots Willow & TJ
Meanwhile, at General Hospital, Nina met Curtis, who complained about recent tensions with Trina. In another part of the hospital, Willow revealed that her latest test results were not positive. TJ was concerned about Willow and spoke to her as her friend. Furthermore, TJ was unhappy with Willow’s decisions during her recovery.
However, Willow was adamant that she wanted to wait till the next trimester before starting her leukemia treatment. All Willow wanted was for her baby to have a good chance of survival despite her condition. She insisted her decision was final, and TJ promised to support her come rain or shine. Later, Nina saw Willow and TJ share a hug and thought, “who are the cheaters now?”
Esme & Ryan Are In Town
Later, Nina approached Willow and noticed she was looking pale. She told him there was no need to continue working when she was pregnant. Nina wondered why Willow could not stay away from the hospital despite her condition. Willow insisted she wanted to put her education to good use, indicating that Nina should stay out of her business.
Nina informed them she had no intention of spreading rumors about their embrace but warned them about other people and their evil intentions. Ava acknowledged Ryan’s anger in another part of town and arranged another neurological exam. Ryan wondered what Ava had done to Esme.
