General Hospital spoilers for the upcoming week of October 18-22 reveal that Sonny will pay Spencer a visit. Sonny won’t be happy with everything that Spencer has done, but he might not be able to stay mad at him for very long. Sonny will be mad because Avery got involved in all of this, but he will be relieved that his daughter isn’t in some serious danger. Sonny doesn’t really like Ava or Nikolas So, he might understand why Spencer did what he did.
Sonny might point out that Nikolas is a hypocrite. He played dead for years, tortured Ava using Kiki Jerome’s memory, and even scared Spencer at the party. GH viewers would recall that Nikolas had come to the party in Wyndemere castle as Ryan Chamberlain and even pretended to stab Spencer. So, Sonny won’t see why he is so mad at Spencer.
