The new season of My 600 Lb Life has all new castmates and stories. With six episodes under its belt, the show fans are gearing up for episode 7. The upcoming episode focuses on Charles and his weight loss journey.
Charles went from a drug addiction to a food addiction. He is relying on Dr. Now’s expertise to help him lose weight. Charles feels very self-conscious when he goes out, so taking a plane ride to Houston is a big step for him. But it soon becomes a painful journey as the star’s knee starts hurting, causing him severe agony.

Charles is appearing in episode 7 of the new season. He was a drug addict, but he soon turned to food for comfort. The star soon became a food addict, weighing over 600 Lb and becoming immobile. He has a BMI above 100, so he relies on his brother for help with basic tasks. Chares also feels uncomfortable in public as he feels people will stare at him. But, he took a huge leap of faith and was on a plane ride to Houston to meet Dr. Now.
Accesshollywood’s preview clip of the upcoming episode shows Charles in a wheelchair. His brother is pushing the My 600 Lb Life star across the airport in a wheelchair. Charles was aware it would be a difficult journey, and his “body is starting to hurt.” He also said he wasn’t able to breathe.
But the next scene was the most terrifying. While Charles was having trouble at the airport, he still made it to the plane. He entered the plain and navigated his way to his seat. But things soon took a turn for the worse when the star exclaimed that his “knees are exploding with pain.” He was in immense pain because of his knee.
While most participants take a car ride to see Dr. Now, Charles had to catch a flight. His “worst fear was getting stuck” in the plane. The My 600 Lb Life star felt the plane staff would “have to call” the paramedics to get him out of his seat. He wasn’t confident about the ride. Now, some of his fears came true, as his knee was in immense pain and felt like it was exploding.

Charles was extremely self-conscious about his appearance. He wasn’t comfortable going outside as he felt people would stare at him as he was obese. The My 600 Lb Life star was also pretty confident he would surprise Dr. Now when the latter “would see” him in his office “in person.”
While Charles is nervous about the situation, he is also convinced that only Dr. Now can help him. But had has to take a plane ride to meet the doctor, so the star was scared about it. He has a feeling he might get stuck in the plane seat. Charles was also nervous about Dr. Now judging his appearance.
