Danielle and Garrick Merrifield have been regular faces for Seeking Sister Wife fans. They made their debut on the show a few seasons ago and have continued to come back, unlike other couples. Despite this, fans don’t consider them their favorites. That’s because many feel Garrick wants polygamy for his own selfishness, and Danielle is just obeying him.
In the last season, they almost got a Brazilian woman, Roberta, to join their family. But at last, she scammed them and didn’t tie the knot. Now, in the new season, Garrick and Danielle have Nathalia in their lives, and they have been spending time with her. Amidst all this, Danielle has come clean about having thoughts about leaving him.

It has been a few years since Seeking Sister Wife fans got familiar with Garrick and Danielle. They depicted their highs and lows when it came to expanding their plural family on the show. After Roberta, they found Nathalia in the new season and have been courting her. The latter is from Brazil, and all the members are in Mexico to spend some time together before deciding to marry.
In all this while, there have been many instances this season that made fans feel Danielle was insecure about her bond with Garrick. She accused her husband of listening to Nathalia instead of her multiple times. This made fans feel she wasn’t okay with her husband wanting polygamy. In a new live session, fans wanted to know if she had ever considered leaving Garrick.
Well, Danielle decided to give a very honest answer to the fan. She said she was only 19 when she married Garrick, and he was 23. Hence, the Seeking Sister Wife star often considered leaving him. But she said the couple was “young, immature and selfish” and had seen eachother grow over the years and are in a better place now.

As mentioned before, Danielle and Garrick are not fan favorites. Hence, whenever they post anything on social media, they face a lot of trolling and hate. In one of the former’s videos, a fan very bluntly said that one day, Danielle would realize she was “brainwashed, gaslit, and manipulated” by the “maniac” that is her husband. They wondered why her family wasn’t talking her out of the mess.
Well, the Seeking Sister Wife star decided to deal with this hatred with kindness and responded to the comment. Danielle said her family saw “all the aspects” and could tell she was happy. Meanwhile, fans see a lot of tension between her and Garrick. The cast member continued to insist she is leading a good life with her partner.
