Sister Wives: Kody-Ysabel’s Father-Daughter Relationship Is Dead!

The Sister Wives star Kody Brown shares six children with his ex-wife Christine. In a clip, the father exclaimed that whenever he meets up with his daughter, most of his time goes into drawing her out of herself! Kody is not able to understand why this communication gap is coming. He is open to her, but the 18-year-old doesn’t seem to have a good time with her father. Fans may feel that this gap came because Kody was never there for his daughter! While Ysabel, back in Season 16, had surgery, Kody was never present there to support her. Yet, he this it is all because of Christine.

Yet, the father of 18 says that Christine talks their children out! He believes that his ex-wife has their children’s ears, but apparently, he doesn’t. That’s the main reason why the gaps are widening. Ysabel has joined college now had will be moving soon. Though Christine is ready to adjust if the patriarch decides to show up, Kody seems ready to add up another loophole in his dying relationship because he denied coming to drop off his kid. Indeed, he gifted his daughter a reliable car, making it easier to travel. But as always, materialistic things can never replace the warmth of fatherhood!

The Sister Wives fans know that Kody’s relationship with almost every kid is at loggerheads. The children with the polygamist’s third wife, Janelle, also seem not to adore their father much. Amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, they had clashes regarding the protocols to be followed during the pandemic. Garrison and Gabriel both had issues with their father during the pandemic, and evidently, they aren’t on talking terms with Kody!

The core reason for Kody’s diminishing image is basically his lack of involvement in his children’s life. The polygamist shares only one child with his first wife, Meri Brown, Leon Brown. It has been a while since Leon might have felt that they also have a father. Not only with children, but after his divorce from Christine, he apparently doesn’t have good relations with his other wives as well. The polygamist only has a so-called friendly relationship with Meri and Janelle and is perhaps with them just for the sake of their children.
